Hoses for Train Toilet systems, especially those which operate on vacuum systems, have to have:

• Flame-retardant properties
• Capability of withstanding heavy vacuum pressures (Industry standard is -0.8 bar)

At Shore Auto, we are supplying EN45545-2 certified Silicone (& EPDM) hoses with a special construction of “Fabrics” + “Wire”, to withstand both, the “flame-retardant requirements”, as well as the “heavy suction pressure”.
