Silicone hose with over-moulded cuff

A customer approached us with a project involving a complex shape that was challenging to produce using our standard hand-wrapped process. To meet the requirement, we combined hand-wrapping with compression moulding.

The hose was hand-wrapped, and the cuff at the end was precisely moulded, resulting in a strong, cohesive bond between the two.
